My passion for cooking started at a very young age when I was still in the nursery school ( Back then when am back from school, mom will drop money and list and I will do the cooking before she comes back from work after doing some cooking tutorial with her in the kitchen e.g pounding crayfish, pepper and picking vegetables etc. The funny part of my cooking back then was that sometimes the food will be salty or pepperish but I and my kid sister (Asa A. Eyo) didn't have any choice than to eat it like that. As time fled I was mastering my cooking skill which I decided to attend a catering school to perfect my cooking skill. I later venture into cake baking and designing, making small chops such as chin-chin, moi-moi, egg roll and the rest of it. So I decided to share all my cooking skills I acquired from my mother and other Potential cooks on this website just to make life easy for you.

I know you will definitely love what you will see, trust me!

I am a typical EFIK man and I know how to cook Nigerian delicacies from the EFIK tribe of Southern Nigeria. Which are the (Ekpang-Nkukwo, Ayan Ekpang, Ukang Ukom, Efere Otoñg, Edikañg Ikoñg etc.) But I have picked up recipes from other part of Nigeria such as the IGBO'S which are the ( Oha soup, Banga Stew etc.) And by simply paying attention and making research on what people cook around me.

I have made my recipes on this website so simple in such a way that anybody can prepare and enjoy their meal irrespective of their country of origin and resident provided the necessary food stuff are available.
I include some international recipes that I have picked from cooking journals which are very easy to prepare and I am very sure that Nigerian food lovers will enjoy it.
